On September 14, 2008 the First Congregational Church of South Hadley will celebrate its 275th anniversary.  Grindall Rawson was the first minister of this church.

11:00 - 12:00 a.m.    Stew Luncheon in Fellowship Hall of Church

12:00 - 12:20 p.m.    Walk or ride to Evergreen Cemetery

12:30 - 12:45 p.m.    Dedication of bench in honor of Larry Graham by Evergreen Cemetery Association

12:45 - 1:00 p.m.      Walk and/or ride to service at Ruggles Woodbridge's grave site in old portion of Cemetery

1:00  - 1:15 p.m.       Walk and/or ride to Sycamores/Rawson House for tours and talk by Ken Williamson about Grindall Rawson and his house

2:45 p.m.                   Town Common

                                   Welcome by Marilyn Ishler, liaison for the Board of Selectmen

                                   Talk by Ted Belsky on our Town Common and Civil War Statute

                                   Talk by Louise Williamson, D.A.R. representative, on Dolly Woodbridge and her fountain

                                   Dedication of 250th Gazebo 

                                   Band Concert by Old Country Road
